FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do custom work shirts cost?

Each product shows its starting price per unit. Open a product to see the price for your exact quantity, plus decoration and any setup charges, before you order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the product and decoration method. Contact us if you need a different quantity, and we will check whether another ordering option or comparable product is available.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production time varies by product, quantity, decoration method, inventory, and order complexity. The production period normally begins after artwork approval, and shipping time is separate from production time.

What customization methods are available?

It depends on the product: each product page lists the decoration methods and imprint areas it supports.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. We provide a digital artwork proof for your approval before production begins on decorated orders.

Are rush orders available?

Select products may qualify for 24-hour rush production. Eligibility depends on inventory, order quantity, decoration method, artwork readiness, proof approval, payment, and the daily cutoff time.

Can someone help me select a product or prepare my artwork?

Yes. Use our AI Campaign Advisor, browse our curated collections, or contact us at 813-576-2178 · hello@promoinkai.com.
