24-Hour Rush Production Policy

Promo Ink AI offers 24-hour rush production on select promotional products for customers working with tight deadlines.

The service means an eligible, complete order is scheduled to ship by the end of the next business day. It does not mean the order will be delivered within 24 hours.

1. Eligible Products

Only products displaying the 24-Hour Rush designation on the Promo Ink AI website qualify.

Rush eligibility is subject to:

• Product and color inventory
• Available production capacity
• Maximum rush quantities
• Approved decoration methods
• Approved imprint locations
• Complete, production-ready artwork
• Payment or credit approval
• Shipping-destination requirements

Products may be removed from the rush program without notice because of inventory or production changes.

2. Order Deadline

Complete rush orders must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on a regular business day unless an earlier cutoff is displayed on the product page or order confirmation.

Orders submitted after the cutoff will be treated as received on the following business day.

Weekends, federal holidays, carrier holidays, and factory closures are not production days.

3. When the Production Clock Begins

The 24-hour production period begins only after Promo Ink AI has received and accepted:

• The completed order
• Full payment or approved credit
• Production-ready artwork
• Product, color, and quantity selections
• Imprint method and location
• Imprint-color instructions
• Complete shipping information
• Any other required order details

An incomplete order will not enter rush production.

4. Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be ready for production when the order is submitted.

Acceptable artwork generally requires:

• Vector artwork when required
• Fonts converted to outlines
• Artwork sized for the selected imprint area
• Approved imprint colors
• No missing linked files
• No requested design changes

Files created in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or similar office applications may not qualify as production-ready artwork.

Orders requiring logo recreation, typesetting, color separation, artwork cleanup, file conversion, or design revisions may lose rush eligibility.

5. Proofs and Approval

Paper proofs, preproduction samples, speculative samples, and additional proofing rounds are not available for most 24-hour rush orders.

When an electronic layout or approval is required, it must be approved by the stated deadline. Any delay, correction, or revision may move the scheduled ship date or disqualify the order from rush service.

The customer is responsible for reviewing:

• Spelling
• Contact information
• Artwork
• Logo orientation
• Imprint location
• Imprint colors
• Product color
• Quantity
• Shipping information

6. Decoration Restrictions

Rush orders generally allow one approved decoration method and one standard imprint location per item.

Eligible methods may include select:

• Digital printing
• One-color printing
• Laser engraving
• Debossing
• Sublimation
• Embroidery within the stated stitch limit
• Approved product-labeling methods

Multi-location decoration, nonstandard imprint locations, 3D decoration, highly complex artwork, and certain multicolor methods may not qualify.

The eligible methods displayed on the individual product page control.

7. Quantity Limits

Rush quantities are limited to the maximum shown on the applicable product page, typically no more than the product's stated rush-service quantity tier.

Orders above the maximum may require standard production or a custom production estimate.

Less-than-minimum orders may not qualify.

8. Products and Services That Do Not Qualify

The following are generally excluded:

• Products without a 24-Hour Rush designation
• Quantities above the listed rush maximum
• Less-than-minimum orders
• Multiple or nonstandard imprint locations
• Personalization or individual names
• Complex artwork changes
• 3D decoration
• Oversized or unusually complex embroidery
• Paper proofs
• Preproduction samples
• Speculative samples
• Customer-supplied inserts
• Custom packaging
• Special handling
• Large multi-address distributions
• Products sourced from different production facilities
• Orders with incomplete payment, artwork, or shipping information

Additional restrictions may apply to individual products.

9. Drop Shipments

Up to 10 approved drop-ship destinations may be available for eligible orders without custom packaging or special handling.

Each address must be complete and submitted before production begins. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

10. Rush Fees

A rush-production fee may apply and will be displayed in the product details, quote, shopping cart, or order confirmation.

The rush fee covers accelerated production only. Product charges, setup charges, artwork fees, shipping, taxes, and other applicable costs are separate.

11. Shipping and Delivery

24-hour rush production means the order is scheduled to leave the production facility by the end of the next eligible business day.

It does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

The customer must select a shipping method capable of meeting the requested arrival date. Expedited or next-day shipping charges are separate from rush-production fees.

Delivery timing is subject to:

• Carrier schedules
• Destination
• Weather
• Service interruptions
• Incorrect addresses
• Recipient availability
• Events beyond reasonable control

Promo Ink AI is not responsible for carrier delays after an order ships on schedule.

12. Changes and Cancellations

Rush orders move into production quickly. Changes or cancellations may not be accepted after the order, payment, and artwork have been approved.

If a change is possible, it may:

• Cancel rush eligibility
• Delay the ship date
• Require new artwork
• Create additional charges
• Require a new order confirmation

Customized products cannot generally be returned because of customer-approved artwork, spelling, product, color, quantity, or shipping selections.

13. Rush-Service Limitations

Promo Ink AI will make reasonable efforts to meet the confirmed ship date. Rush service remains subject to inventory, production capacity, equipment availability, artwork acceptance, and events outside our control.

If an order cannot be completed through the rush program, Promo Ink AI may offer:

• A revised ship date
• A comparable replacement product
• A different decoration method
• Standard production
• Cancellation before production begins

Any remedy involving the rush fee will be governed by the order confirmation and applicable terms.

14. How to Place a Rush Order

• Select a product marked 24-Hour Rush.
• Confirm inventory, quantity, color, and decoration eligibility.
• Upload production-ready artwork.
• Enter complete shipping information.
• Select the required shipping method.
• Submit payment before the cutoff.
• Monitor email and phone messages for urgent order questions.
• Approve any required layout immediately.
