Depending on the consent you provide, PromoInk AI may send informational and transactional messages about inquiries, quotes, artwork or proof approvals, orders, production, payments, shipping, delivery, account activity, and customer-support requests, as well as marketing and promotional messages about products, services, offers, discounts, launches, collections, and events.
Transactional consent does not authorize marketing messages. Marketing messages will be sent only when you provide the applicable marketing consent.

After your opt-out is processed, you will not receive additional SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again. Opting out does not cancel an order or prevent necessary non-SMS communications when otherwise permitted.

Text-message delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Delays or failures may occur because of network availability, device settings, carrier restrictions, or events outside PromoInk AI's control. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile number, opt out before the change or notify PromoInk AI promptly.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
PromoInk AI may modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS Program or these terms, subject to applicable law. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
