Decoration methods & charges
Embroidery
Stitched directly into the fabric for a durable, high-end finish. Works best with bold designs and solid colors — gradients can't be embroidered.
Not included in the price: charged as below.
| Initial Setup ChargePer order, per location | $25.00 |
| Initial Run ChargePer decorated unit | $0.45 |
12 piece minimum.
Full Color Transfer
Full-color heat transfer: your logo is printed on a film and applied to the product with heat and pressure. Reproduces gradients and photos with no per-color charge; it sits as a thin layer on the surface.
Not included in the price: charged as below.
| Initial Setup ChargePer order, per location | $100.00 |
| Initial Run ChargePer decorated unit | $1.25 |
12 piece minimum.
Screen Printing
Ink applied through screens: vivid, long-lasting colors. Each color in your art needs its own screen, so fewer colors = better price.

| Initial Setup ChargePer order, per location | $62.50 |
12 piece minimum.
Charges at sale price, as published by the supplier for this product. Your exact order total is calculated when you customize and confirmed with your proof before production.
